Delta Sonic Car Wash

Recently I came into the DeWitt branch and was greeted cheerfully by a young employee named Josh. He was very helpful and had a bright smile. We could use more more service workers like him!

Madison Z was very helpful and had great customer service. Asked if I needed help and held a great conversation with me. Kept the waiting area nice and cleaned while we wait for our vehicles to get done.

Not sure what's up with the lack of direction from the attendants in charge of the tire conveyor lately. Seems like every time I use the car wash an attendant is in a rush to get me a literal 2 feet behind the vehcile in front of me but won't make any indication if my tires are lined up with the track. This is even when its slow and its getting annoying. One time was due to lack of direction/awareness AND my autostart being on -- that was my mistake. I'm just trying to quickly wash my car, not problem-solve when I least expect it. And say nothing of the blood-thirsty clientele that freak out and lay their horns on at the slightest inconvenience.

Very bad service. I have reported twice for the same problems. They tell me that we provide the best washing techniques. Haha. There are people who work at the car wash. They warned me not to come back because they know that this car wash removes all cars. I ask all people who are buyers at Delta Sonic to inspect their car. If its color is black or blue, they will notice the difference.

While waiting in line to pay for my car wash, I saw an employee walking by with his lunch bag. As he walked through the line queue area, he stopped and straightened out the pylons which had migrated off the lines by a couple of feet. It was causing people to have to drive around awkwardly. Devon H took the time, even though he was off the clock to correct the placement of the pylons show that the customers had a better experience. Upon exiting the car wash after tipping the dryer attendant, I stopped into the store to let the manager know how impressed I was with Devon H. On a secondary note, I was very disappointed to see that the hood of my car still had a film of grime on the front where the car wash did not clean. I appreciate the new pre-wash booth and the human sprayers that were diligent about spraying the car off as it entered in, but the equipment is clearly not up to doing the job. It is very noticeable that there are much fewer automated cleaning curtains as you go through the car wash. And the detailers or wipe down crew at the end of the car wash should not have to wipe down the whole car, but it was evident that the car wash itself did not clean the hood. This is ver
